  2. 125 g mélange de noix (cajou, noisettes, amandes)
  3. 40 g mélange de graines (tournesol, pignon, courge)

  6. 1 c. à soupe miel
  7. 1 c. à soupe huile de coco
  8. 1 c. à soupe beurre de cacahuète

  1. Dans une casserole verser le jus d’orange/clémentine, l’huile de coco, le sirop d’érable, le miel et le beurre de cacahuète. Porter doucement à ébullition en mélangeant de temps en temps.

    Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
    Dans un grand saladier mélanger tous les ingrédients secs, flocons d’avoine, graines et noix (*une pincée de sel + cannelle).
  3. Une fois que le mélange liquide a épaissi, le verser sur la préparation d’ingrédients secs et mélanger à la maryse pour bien combiner les deux préparations.
  4. Sur une plaque avec papier cuisson, verser la préparation et former de grosses pépites à la main.
    * à la sortie du four on peut ajouter un filet de miel ou de sirop d’érable sur la préparation encore chaude pour avoir un effet caramélisé.
  5. Enfourner pour 10’ dans un premier temps, puis mélanger doucement pour ne pas casser les pépites, et enfourner une nouvelle fois pour 10’.
  6. Laisser bien refroidir avant de mettre en bocal, pour une conservation d’au moins une semaine.
